We invite qualified design professionals to join The Khazana designer discount program. As a member, you will enjoy exclusive trade pricing and service. Whether designing a family residence or staging a model home, you will have preferred access to the broad range of aesthetics and style.
As a member of this program, you will enjoy discounts on merchandise with no minimum purchase.

Terms and Conditions
This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the terms and conditions for membership in The Design Tree Home Designer Discount Program. The Design Tree Home may change the Designer Discount Program or these Terms and Conditions without notice. Design Tree Home will post such changes at designtreehome.com/commercial-orders/ Any changed Terms and Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the changed Terms and Conditions.
Trade Discount
The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, purchase of gift cards, or promotional items, surcharges/shipping, and processing fees or taxes. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. No minimum purchase is required. Design Tree Home reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted at https://designtreehome.com/commercial-orders/ as changed Terms and Conditions, discussed in the preceding paragraph. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by emailing us at designtreehome@gmail.com “Attention Trade-Cancelation”.

We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Membership is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each designer must individually apply for membership.
Membership is valid for three years. Membership is not transferable. The named designer must also present his or her business credit card for credit card purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept third party credit cards.
Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction website or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership ID (e.g., sharing the ID with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application.
Design Tree Home reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion when these Terms and Conditions have been violated, with or without notice.
Privacy

Membership is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and completed application. Non-designer related businesses or professions do not qualify for the program. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each designer on staff must apply for membership to this program.
